I practice Five Element Acupuncture, an ancient Taoist tradition of acupuncture and moxabustion that can effect deep and profound change. As well, I sometimes employ a form of bodywork called Zero Balancing which works with placing fulcrums of energy into the deepest structure of the skeleton to allow for the body to find balance.

There is a feminine tradition of healing that is like a spring through this work. A way of being with the truth that all humans are an intrinsic part of this Earth. Without acknowledging the miracle and devastation of our present Earth, we cannot treat the effects of devastation and disease individually.

First Session- THe Initial SIGNAL Acupuncture Session

In our first two hour session, we will take time to get to know what brings you to explore acupuncture with me. This is both a diagnostic session and a treatment.

This powerful session begins the work that builds over time, of restoring inner truth through the energetic resonance of Five Element Acupuncture.

This medicine is holistic, meaning we will explore your reason for coming within the context of you, as a whole person.

Follow Up sessions_ Signal Acupuncture

Acupuncture is at the intersection of art and medicine.

The ancient ways of working with the subtle movement within can be the spark of internal change that moves a person towards healing.

Treatments are seen like a practice of sorts, tuning to the note or level of your health.

Think of coming regularly to your practice. This work and the timing of acupuncture can be discussed individually.

Signal Peace Talks

Started during the pandemic, these talks can be scheduled as a way to connect with and cultivate inner nature, from a distance.

Some find it effective to bring through a conversation to help clarify and gain insight into what might be stuck.

From interpersonal/coaching work to nutrition and movement suggestions, our talks are oriented towards the serenity that allows greater well being. All through the lens of my training as an acupuncturist.

Starting 9/1/2025 - 10% Goes towards peace promoting not-for-profit companies!

FINANCIAL AID/SLIDING SCALE SESSIONS

If you are experiencing financial hardship and need to be added to my waitlist for a sliding scale arrangement, please email me. Include the nature of your financial difficulty, what you believe you can afford and a short explanation of the nature of urgency for you. I attempt to leave my door open for all income demographics. Please only request a financial arrangement if you are in real true need. I will contact you when an opening occurs in my schedule for another sliding scale client. Please only request financial aid when needed and when you are interested in coming for regularly scheduled work.

Note: Generally speaking, these spots are for those whose household income is below 100k annually, (including any outside financial supports). Some exceptions may apply.
